| Q: | Do I need to use GoToMeeting® during my expert session or be in front of a computer? |
| A: | It is not necessary for you to use GoToMeeting® or to be in a front of a computer in order to speak to an expert. However, we encourage you to logon to GoToMeeting® during your expert session as it will provide an opportunity for the expert to present slides or other media during the discussion. If you choose not to use GoToMeeting® simply let your expert know at the beginning of your call and you can conduct your call via phone only. |
| Q: | What if I have scheduled time with an expert and need to re-schedule? |
| A: | In the event that you need to re-schedule your expert session we ask that you provide CliniSystems with 24 hours notice by emailing us at customersupport@clinisystems.com. CliniSystems will email you with the next available day and time so that you can still get the expert advice you need. Unfortunately CliniSystems will not be able to provide a refund as the expert’s time has already been designated. CliniSystems understands that sometimes you may have a last minute need to cancel on the same day as a scheduled expert session. CliniSystems will allow you to reschedule for a future day and time. As with 24 hour requests to reschedule,CliniSystems will not be able to provide a refund as the expert’s time has already been designated. |
| Q: | Will my session automatically end once I have reached the exact number of scheduled minutes? |
| A: | CliniSystem’s experts will allow up to a 10 minute grace period before ending the session as we want you to get all of the expert advice that you need. |
| Q: | Do you accept checks or purchase orders as forms of payment for an expert session? |
| A: | CliniSystems only accepts major credit cards and debit cards as forms of payment. |
